Weekend stay: Check in Friday only and minimum 2 night stay.

Check in time: 2pm. Please let the reception know in advance if you require a late check in.
Check out time: 10 am. The cottage is to be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. We may inspect the property prior to your departure and additional cleaning fees may be charges. Please leave your key on the table inside the cottage upon departure. We request you report any damage or breakages prior to departure – charges may apply for repair or replacement.
Please check your booking details and dates clearly. We are unable to guarantee your booking if you have given us incorrect dates or if you wish to make changes to your booking. NOTE; we make every effort to ensure the cottage is available as booked, however, we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Peak Season:
Cancelation 1 calendar month or more before check-in – full refund
No refunds will be given if less than 30 days’ notice is given.
In the event we can rebook the accommodation for any or all of your cancelled dates
we will refund those nights to you minus a $30 administration fee.
Off-peak Season:
Cancelation 14 days or more before check-in – full refund
No refunds will be given if less than 14 days’ notice is given.
In the event we can rebook the accommodation for any or all of your cancelled dates
we will refund those nights to you minus a $30 administration fee.
Once cottages are occupied there will be no refund for early termination.
PEAK SEASON – WA school holidays, long weekends, Easter, Christmas/New year, Nannup Event days ( festivals)
Booking Confirmation and Payment
Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit. Deposits can be made via bank card by clicking on the “pay now” button on your invoice or you can transfer funds into our specified bank account details. All bank deposits require your invoice number to appear as the reference.
Outstanding balance to be paid no longer than 1 calendar month before check-in date for peak season, 14 days before check-in dat for off-peak season or as stated on your invoice.
Rosewood Cottage
Off Peak: $220 per night – 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years. (Max 6 persons aloud in this cottage)
Peak season: $240 per night – 2 adults and 2 children under 18 years
$30 for every extra person 2 years and older.
Deer Cottage
Off Peak: $200 per night – 2 adults and 2 children under 18 (Max 4 people in this cottage aloud)
Peak season: $220 per night – 2 adults and 2 children up to 18 years
$30 for every extra person over 2 years old.
Other Terms and Conditions
Occupancy Conditions:
To maintain quality standards, safety and privacy for all guests, we require compliance of certain conditions. We appreciate that you will respect our property but occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:
The number of guests and visitors at the cottage should not exceed the number stated on your Confirmation letter unless subsequently agreed with us. Disturbance to our neighbours and other guests including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your booking.
Theft and loss are your own responsibility during your stay.
Smoking is not allowed in the cottages at any time.
Pets are welcome at Nannup Tiger Cottages, however arrangements for their accomodation must be made with us prior to your arrival. Pets and their owners are subject to the terms and conditions of our Pets Policy.
The accomodation, services and facilities at Nannup Tiger Cottages are provided for registered guests only; therefore parties, functions and any non-paying visitors are prohibited unless prior agreement has been received from us. The tariff you have been charged does not allow for extra costs associated with additional visitors in terms of cleaning, breakages, rubbish removal, power, water, gas conceptions, wear and tear, maintenance etc. Use of the facilities contrary to this may result in additional charges or your immediate departure being requested.
Movement of items or equipment from one cottage to another is prohibited and will result in additional charges.
In colder months, firewood is provided for the wood heater but please be mindful of your use in order for this to remain a free service.
Your cottage will be stocked with a complimentary toilet roll on arrival but restocking is not provided by Nannup Tiger Cottages.
Rainwater is on tap in the cottages and is the only suitable drinking water. It is the tap furthest from the hot and cold tap in the kitchen.
Pet Policy
A maximum of 1dog/cat is permitted per cottage. We don not request a bond, but please note that you may be charged additionally if your pet creates any damage or extra cleaning. When walking around the property, dogs must be on a leash at all times to ensure the safety of your pet, other guests an our friendly farm animals. Dogs are permitted inside the cottages, but not on the beds or furniture. Please bring your pet’s usual bedding and food/water bowls with you when you come. Please bring your own poop scoop and doggy bags to dispose of any dog faeces properly.
Dog owners agree to take full responsibility fro any personal injury or damage caused by their dog whilst in the confines of our property and to pay for nay compensation in relation to the dog’s activity. Dogs are not permitted in or within close proximity of any other cottage. Should your dog become an annoyance with excessive barking, you will be obliged to kennel your dog or find alternative accomodation with no refund for your accomodation tariff.
We, the owners of Nannup Tiger Cottages and the property owner reserve the right to refuse permission for any pet to be brought on to the premises should we feel that it may constitute a danger or annoyance to other animals or people on the property.
Liability
You agree to indemnify Nannup Tiger Cottages and the property owners from any claim of injury or death or loss of personal effects or financial damage direct or indirect whatsoever incurred by you or anyone associated with you during your stay at Nannup Tiger Cottages. Children should be supervised at all times and special care should be taken because of the brook running through the property as well as farm animals on the property. Please use firs screens provided to ensure the safety of children around the fire place. Walking around the property is allowed but will be at your own risk in the areas permitted. Please adhere to the no entry signs as they are put in place for your safety. BE AWARE there are electric fences on the farm to keep cattle in paddocks. Please respect privacy at the main homestead as well as privacy of other cottage guests. Not entry is allowed into any sheds or buildings on the farm other than the cottage you have booked.
